Terms and Conditions Please read these rental policies.
1. Check-in/ Check-out times
Check-in is after 3:00 PM Central time and check-out is 10:00 AM Central
time on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is not
allowed without specific prior arrangements.
2. PetsWe are pet friendly.
In order to have a pet in the unit, prior arrangements must be made
and the pet must be registered and a non refundable pet fee must be
paid.
3. Age Requirements
Renters must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation.
Any person making a reservation must occupy the unit. Absolutely no
underage drinking will be permitted on the property.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date
will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior
to arrival date will forfeit the entire advance payment.
5. Damage deposit required for reservations
A damage deposit will be required in addition to rent, pet fees, and
taxes. A deposit of $300 is required for your reservation. . Your deposit
will be returned within thirty (30) days of departure if the following
conditions are met:a. No damage is done to unit beyond normal wear and
tear.b. No charges are accrued due to pet damage or soiling of the unit.c.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in their proper containers
and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All keys
are left with Sanddollar Rentals or if prior arrangements have been
made with Sanddollar, keys are left in the unit.
6. Illegal activity on property.
Any illegal activity will result immediate eviction without refund.
7. Maximum occupancy
Each property has an advertised maximum occupancy.
8. Full Payment Due
Payment of your balance due is required 10 days (10) days prior to check-in
date. You may make your payment in the form of a cashier's check, money
order, or a personal check. Please make out your check to Mary Thomas

9. No Daily Maid Service
Linens and towels are included in all units. Daily maid service is not
included. We suggest you bring beach towels.
10. Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change without notice.
11. Falsified Reservations
Any reservation made under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture
of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental payment and the person will
not be permitted to check in.
12. Parking Restrictions
The
on-site parking allows one vehicle in covered parking area. Park in
slot numbered the same as the unit number you have reserved. Additional
parking is allowed on upper deck on a "first come - first serve"
basis. Renters agree to abide by all condominium and owner's association
rules and regulations with regard to parking restrictions and number
of vehicles that can be parked. Hidden Dunes and Gulf Crest require
a parking permit which is supplied by Hidden Dunes Rental Office or
Sanddollar Rentals
13. Smoking Restrictions
Smoking is prohibited in all our rental units. Please abide by our NO
SMOKING policy. Additional housekeeping charges of $175 will be applied
for additional cleaning expenses if a guest is found to be in violation
of this policy.
14. Hurricane Policy
No refunds will be give unless The National Weather Service advises
that we are in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning Area"The
day that the National Weather Service advises that we are in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning Area" we will refund: 1. Any unused portion
of rent from a guest currently registered who departs at that time.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive
and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" is lifted. 3. Any advance rents collected
or deposit for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" period.
15. Unit For Sale
In the event the property you rent is listed for sale, we may have a
need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort
to schedule the showing at a convenient time so that we do not disturb
your vacation.
16. Written Exceptions
Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance.
